If Panama Kosher Fest cancels the event for any reason:
4.1 Name Changes: Name changes for attendees are allowed up to 7 days before the event at no charge. Contact us with the updated information.
4.2 Pass Upgrades: You may upgrade your pass at any time before the event by paying the difference.
Failure to attend the event without prior notification will result in forfeiture of all fees paid. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable after the event date.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with attendees to provide the best possible solution, which may include:
7.1 Hotels: Hotel cancellations are subject to individual hotel policies. We will assist with coordination, but hotel-specific policies apply.
7.2 Flights: Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies. Group flight bookings may have different cancellation terms than individual bookings.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Since pass purchases are non-refundable, travel insurance can cover cancellations due to illness, family emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
