All pass purchases for Panama Kosher Fest 2026 are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before purchasing. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

2. Pass Purchases - Non-Refundable

All Pass Purchases Are Non-Refundable

Important: All pass purchases for Panama Kosher Fest 2026 are non-refundable. Please ensure your travel plans and schedule are confirmed before purchasing your passes. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

3. Event Cancellation by Panama Kosher Fest

If Panama Kosher Fest cancels the event for any reason:

  • You will receive a full refund (100%) of your pass purchase
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days
  • We are not responsible for non-refundable third-party costs (personal flights, hotels, etc.)

4. Modifications to Bookings

4.1 Name Changes: Name changes for attendees are allowed up to 7 days before the event at no charge. Contact us with the updated information.

4.2 Pass Upgrades: You may upgrade your pass at any time before the event by paying the difference.

5. No-Shows

Failure to attend the event without prior notification will result in forfeiture of all fees paid. Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable after the event date.

6. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.), we will work with attendees to provide the best possible solution, which may include:

  • Rescheduling the event
  • Offering credit toward future events
  • Refunds based on recoverable costs (at organizer's discretion)

7. Hotel and Flight Cancellations

7.1 Hotels: Hotel cancellations are subject to individual hotel policies. We will assist with coordination, but hotel-specific policies apply.

7.2 Flights: Flight cancellations are subject to airline policies. Group flight bookings may have different cancellation terms than individual bookings.

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment. Since pass purchases are non-refundable, travel insurance can cover cancellations due to illness, family emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
